Happines :)


Everybody should want to be happy. However, not all people understand, we really do not need to schedule a vacation abroad or waiting to get a door prize gifts to achieve that happiness. Recent research shows that trivial action everyday can also make us have more positive ways of thinking. So the mood is always good. Come on, start the habit from now.

At 09.00: Drinking green tea. Those who drank at least 4 cups of green tea a day have 44 percent lower risk of depression. Compounds thiamine may increase the production of serotonin and makes us more relax.

At 12.00:
Start the detox process. Bring a packed lunch of foods that can also help remove toxins from the body. For example, fruit, fresh vegetables, fish, and grains.

At 16.00: have a walk in the afternoon. They are who actively engaged have more endorphin levels. This hormone can improve mood. You can do a leisurely afternoon stroll, every day about 20 minutes.
